All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our pet grooming products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Products must be in the same condition as when received
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following opened products:
- Color shampoos and conditioners
- Bottles and sprays (if seal is broken)
- Deep cleaning and degreasing products
- Personal care items like dry shampoo and no rinse shampoo
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship your return using the method we specify (you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error)
- Receive your refund or exchange once we process your returned item(s)

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
