Our products are designed for both professional groomers and pet owners who want salon-quality results at home.

Our products are formulated for dogs and cats. While they’re generally safe for most breeds, we recommend checking individual product descriptions for specific usage instructions and consulting with your veterinarian if your pet has sensitive skin or allergies.

Our color shampoos are specially formulated to enhance and maintain dyed coats, while our regular shampoos focus on cleaning and conditioning. The color shampoos contain gentle color-enhancing pigments that won’t strip existing color.

You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. This will allow you to track orders, save your information for faster checkout, and view order history.

We ship globally to most countries, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. During checkout, you’ll see if we deliver to your location.

We offer two convenient options:

– Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 days after dispatch

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes, which vary by country. These are not included in your order total.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep lids tightly closed to preserve product quality.

We strongly recommend against this. Pet skin has a different pH balance than human skin, and our products are specifically formulated for animal coats and skin health.

Frequency depends on your pet’s breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Generally, every 4-6 weeks is sufficient for most pets, unless they get particularly dirty. Over-bathing can strip natural oils.
